Burlington is set to open 26 stores in 20 US states in May as they continue their expansion to more than 1,000 locations.
The opening in May comes as Burlington plans to open more than 100 stores by the end of 2026. In a statement emailed to USA TODAY, Burlington CEO Michael O’Sullivan said the new store will feature an “improved store design.”
“Delivering incredible value on brand-name and on-trend merchandise is at the core of what we do,” he said. “We look forward to giving shoppers the opportunity to explore big savings, discover new brands and experience our new and improved store designs no matter where they live.”
In addition to the store opening in May, Burlington also broke ground on a massive, two-million-square-foot distribution center near Phoenix, Arizona. Burlington says the new center is scheduled to open in 2028.
