    If you’ve neglected retirement planning most of your life, you may have one last chance starting at age 69 that will determine how you live your final years and whether you leave anything to heirs, some financial advisors said. Age 69 is the last milestone before required minimum distributions (RMDs) begin at age 73, and there’s still plenty of time to take steps to keep taxes low, advisors said.
