O’Connor joins Neon One with more than two decades of experience in finance leadership at SaaS and growth-stage technology companies. Most recently, he served as CFO at Tripleseat and held senior leadership roles at Building Engines, Buildium, and Appneta, where he specialized in optimizing recurring-revenue models to scale rapidly.
He succeeds Paul Tenola, who will remain with Neon One until July to ensure a seamless leadership transition. Tenola joined the company five years ago and was the primary architect of the current business structure, overseeing the integration of several strategic acquisitions and establishing the financial infrastructure that serves as the company’s current foundation for growth.
