    According to the US Energy Information Administration, about 90% of homes in the US use air conditioning to stay cool during the summer. And while this may keep you from sweating all day, it also puts some pressure on your budget as your electricity bill increases with the temperature. When you keep your AC from working too hard, you’re putting a little extra money in your pocket.
