Home improvements for one owner often become a headache for another. Modifications that reduce the potential buyer pool or create additional work for future owners reduce the value of your home.
Be wary of these home “upgrades” that can really hurt your home’s resale value.
1. Hyper-Personalization
Your daughter may have been squealing with joy when she saw the new bubblegum pink color in her room, but home buyers won’t be.
