The investment was made through Globevende’s entertainment subsidiary Lumi Entertainment Group Limited (“Lumi”). The investment reflects the continued implementation of its strategy to build a diverse entertainment platform following Globevend’s acquisition of Lumi and the launch of its proprietary AI-powered cinematic production platform, Imaginary. The concert will be held at the Kai Tak Arena in Hong Kong on October 4, 2026 and marks the return of internationally acclaimed K-pop girl group Mamamoo to the city. As a strategic investor and official co-organizer, Lumi is participating in the commercial organization of the concert alongside established regional entertainment partners, furthering Globevend’s strategy of building a diversified entertainment platform spanning AI-powered content production, live entertainment, artist collaboration and intellectual property development.
According to the investment arrangement, the Company, through Lumi, will be entitled to a proportionate share of the economic returns generated by Concert based on its capital contribution.
