The dividend is scheduled to be paid on June 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of May 19, 2026. This also translates to an annual dividend of $3.2 per share and a dividend yield of 1.7%. The quarterly dividend comes after Capital One Financial reported solid results for the first quarter of 2026. Net income came in at $2.2 billion, or $3.34 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with $2.1 billion, or $3.26 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2025. Total revenue for the quarter was $15.2 billion, down 2% sequentially.
The first quarter results highlighted solid top-line growth and strong credit performance. Additionally, Capital One Financial is benefiting from the integration of the Discover acquisition, which is accelerating growth.
