What we look for in a rising star

nomination form Collects basic personal and professional details along with several short responses designed to bring out the characteristics that distinguish each candidate.

We are particularly interested in nominees who have demonstrated exceptional impact during their time in wealth management, whether through innovation, leadership, measurable business results or other contributions that have helped clients, colleagues or the wider industry. Strong nominations often include clear, specific examples of results achieved by the nominee. We also value compelling personal narratives including key points in financial planning careers. (Firm assets under management provide context but are not the primary criterion.)

A three-person financial planning panel will individually review all submissions and select honorees after careful consideration and discussion. Winners will be notified in the summer; The honorees will be announced in September.
