There is one week left to file claims in the SiriusXM do-not-call list settlement, which stems from allegations that the satellite radio company repeatedly contacted people who had opted out of telemarketing calls. The settlement follows a 2022 lawsuit that claimed SiriusXM continued to call people who were either listed on the National Do Not Call Registry or who had directly asked the company to stop contacting them. While SiriusXM denied wrongdoing, it agreed to pay $28 million to resolve the claims. The lawsuit was originally filed in October 2025.
