Key leaders of the $10 billion-plus organization set out to create a “dream home” to serve clients
Sioux Falls, SD, April 16, 2026–(business telegram)–Prairie View Wealth Partners (“Prairie View”), a new independent registered investment advisory (RIA) firm, today announced its official launch. The firm was co-founded by Adam Cox, Kyle Sipperley, CFA, and Paula Bindert, CPA/PFS, and will serve the financial needs of individuals and families who are at important stages of personal and professional development. Defined as “builders,” the firm specializes in working with people to design their careers, grow businesses, and shape long-term legacies.
The firm’s founders most recently held senior roles at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls, and bring direct leadership and expertise in wealth management, investment strategy and management, family office advisory and tax strategy. Their collective goal in founding Prairie View is to serve their clients to their full potential, with tools, solutions, resources and insights that benefit their core client base. Prairie View’s mission is based on the belief that clients benefit most when they work directly with owners who are deeply invested in their results.
“Launching Prairie View Wealth Partners is a deeply personal decision for our team,” Cox said. “In many ways, it’s about creating our dream home for our careers, a place where we can design every detail around how we believe clients should be served. We wanted the freedom to create an experience that is thoughtful, relationship-driven and focused on helping people make confident financial decisions at every step of their journey.”
With a combined 70 years of experience in wealth management and tax planning, the founding team brings a depth of expertise commensurate with their time at an organization overseeing over $10 billion of assets. The firm’s philosophy takes inspiration from leading hospitality organizations, going beyond the portfolio to address the broader financial and life priorities of its clients, with a commitment to serving the whole person, not just their financial queries.
“Too often, financial advice can feel transactional or narrowly focused,” said Bindert, who has worked with her co-founders for the past four years. “Our goal is to integrate tax strategy, planning and investment management into a seamless experience that reflects each client’s complete financial picture and individual goals.”
Prior to 2022, Bindert built and successfully operated his own tax practice. His experience provides the foundation for Prairie View’s plan to emphasize tax-conscious planning as a central pillar of its financial planning philosophy and complement its comprehensive approach to guide client outcomes.
