The seed funding will accelerate team growth and infrastructure creation as the board provides financial services expertise across a variety of disciplines
New York, June 10, 2026–(business telegram)–wealthrichThe AI-powered organic growth platform built for registered investment advisors (RIAs) and wealth management firms today announced it has raised $1 million in seed funding. The round was led by Secure Corporation, a privately held financial services holding company co-founded by Robert S. Schwartz, and also included participation from other strategic investors.
Since its founding in 2025, WealthReach has grown rapidly, gaining adoption among leading enterprise platforms and some of the largest firms in the wealth management industry. With the funding, WealthyReach will expand its team and invest in the support and engineering infrastructure needed to keep pace with this growing demand.
“The team at Secure understood what we were building and why it mattered,” said Michael BarrassoCo-Founder and CEO of WealthyReach. “Advisors have been disadvantaged for too long by legacy tools that can’t keep up with how prospects search or how companies appear online. This funding lets us invest in our team and products to provide the smart, tech-enabled organic growth platform that wealth managers need to thrive in an era in which AI and Google search are where prospects turn for financial advice.”
In addition to raising funds, WealthReach has formed a Strategic Advisory Board that will include some of the most respected executives from financial services and wealthtech.
