According to a US Consumer Product Safety Commission recall report, World Bright International Ltd. recalled 18,500 Agio Menlo woven patio swings because the swing seat may separate from the frame during use, posing a risk of injury or death. As of May 14, World Bright International confirmed it was aware of eight injuries related to faulty patio swings.

The swing has a black metal frame, black metal swing arms, a fabric canopy and a padded brown seat cushion. The swing frame is 75 inches high, 71 inches wide, and 48 inches deep. The swing seat is 58 inches wide and 19 inches deep.
